The Traditional Chinese version of these terms governs; this English version is a translation.
Welcome to TWno1 (https://twno1.ai , the “Service”). These terms can be viewed, printed or saved at any time; they must be read in full before registering, topping up or generating. By registering or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Important notice. (1) AI generation is probabilistic: the same prompt and settings can produce a different result every time, and we cannot guarantee the result matches what you had in mind — adjusting the prompt and trying several times is normal (section 5). (2) Credits are sold final: once you top up, the credits count as a product sold and are not refunded, whether or not you use them, and the seven-day right to cancel does not apply to them; before every payment, the top-up page requires you to tick the box yourself (sections 6 and 7). Credits held for a generation that fails are returned in full automatically, and a charge taken in error through a fault of the Service is corrected — neither of those is a refund.
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use adult content services where you are. The age information you give at registration must be true.
2. Account. You are responsible for your account and password and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if your account is compromised.
3. Strictly prohibited. Any sexual or nude content involving minors or people who look like minors; sexual or nude content, face swaps or intimate imagery using any real person's name, likeness or voice without consent; unlawful content or content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy or reputation; violent-extremist, hateful, fraudulent or malicious content, and anything that disrupts the Service. Violations lead to removal of content and termination of the account, and may be reported to the authorities. Credits in that account are not returned, except where required by applicable law (see section 7).
4. Your content. You keep the rights to what you type and upload, and you confirm you are allowed to use it. You grant us the rights needed to run the Service (store, process, generate, display to you). Outputs you generate are yours to use as far as the law allows; you are responsible for checking that your use is lawful. You are responsible for your prompts and uploads. We may refuse a request that breaches section 3; a request blocked before generation starts does not consume credits.
5. The nature of AI generation. Results are probabilistic: the same prompt, reference material and parameters can produce a different result each time. This is how the models work, not a fault. We do not warrant that a result will match your expected composition, style, character appearance, clothing, motion, camera, lip sync, tone of voice or text, and we do not warrant correct anatomy, hands or on-screen lettering. Several attempts are a normal part of the creative process, not a defect in the Service. Results may not be unique: other users entering similar input may receive similar or identical results, and we do not warrant that an output is unique or protectable by copyright. A generation may produce nothing at all if the prompt is blocked by our content rules, the model is limited, or a third-party service fails. The Service, the available models and features, the parameter limits and the credit price of each feature may change; the price that applies is the one published on the site when you submit that generation, and we announce price changes in advance. Completed generations are unaffected by later changes. Because of all of the above, “the result is not what I expected” is not grounds for a refund of credits or money (section 6). If you believe a system error meant nothing was produced, raise it under section 6.
6. Credits and payment. The Service is charged in credits; 1 credit = NT$1. Package prices and the credit price of each feature are those published on the site when you top up or submit a generation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. When you submit a generation, credits are held up front based on the published price and the parameters you chose. On completion we settle at actual usage: if actual usage is lower than the amount held, the difference is returned automatically; if it is higher, we never charge more than was held and the case is reviewed by a person. If a generation fails, is cancelled or produces nothing, the credits held are returned in full; this is a technical return of credits held, not a refund of money. If a feature is switched off, the request is blocked and no credits are charged. Credits are sold final: once you top up, the credits count as a product sold and are not refunded whether or not you use them (section 7). Credits are consumed when the generation runs: once a generation has completed and produced a result, the credits used are not refundable even if you dislike the result, need to redo it or decide not to use it, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge or credit deduction is wrong, email cs@twno1.ai within 30 days of the event with the order number or time; we check it against the credit ledger and restore credits or refund money if the error was ours. Every hold, settlement and return is visible in your credit history.
7. Credits are sold final, and the seven-day right to cancel (Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, article 19). Credits are digital content supplied electronically, without a tangible medium. They are supplied in full the moment your payment succeeds and the credits are added to your account, and that counts as the sale of a product: once credits are topped up they are not refunded, whether or not you later use them. Under the proviso to article 19(1) and article 19(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, and article 2, subparagraph 5 of the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation in Distance Sales (digital content supplied without a tangible medium, or an online service completed on supply, supplied with the consumer's prior consent), credits supplied with your prior consent are excluded from the seven-day right to cancel in article 19(1). In line with article 2 of those Regulations, we state that the credits you buy are not covered by the seven-day right to cancel. Before every payment the top-up page shows this statement and asks you to tick a box yourself (it is never ticked in advance); without the tick no order is created and no payment page opens. For every order we keep a consent record — the time, the terms version, the exact wording shown, and the order's amount and credits — and the record cannot be edited once made. AI generation that starts with your prior consent is likewise excluded under the proviso to article 19(1), article 19(2) and article 2, subparagraphs 2 and 5 of the Regulations; we ask you to confirm before your first credit-charged generation and keep a record of the time and terms version. Two things are not refunds and are handled as usual: (1) if a generation fails, is cancelled or produces nothing, the credits held are returned to your account in full (section 6); (2) if you were charged wrongly through our error (for example a duplicate charge or credits miscalculated), we restore the credits or refund the money after checking (section 6; email us within 30 days). Nothing in this section affects rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be excluded; where this agreement conflicts with the law, the law applies, and you may complain to a consumer protection group or your local consumer protection officer at any time.
8. Changes and interruptions. The Service is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features and models, and will announce this in advance where we can; a security incident, a legal requirement or a third-party outage may require immediate action without notice. Your own copies of work that matters to you must be downloaded and kept.
9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to the Service in the 3 months before the event. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Changes to these terms. The current version is 2026-10-04-v3. Changes are published with a new version number and date; material changes to credits, refunds or your rights are announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new version; if you do not accept it, stop using the Service. Credits you topped up before a change stay governed by the terms version you agreed to when you topped up (section 7).
11. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for disputes arising from these terms or the Service, without affecting a consumer's right to sue in another competent court, or to complain or seek mediation first, under the Consumer Protection Act or the Code of Civil Procedure.
