Frequently asked questions

Who can use TWno1?

Only adults aged 18 or over who may lawfully use the service under the laws of their location. Age is confirmed at sign-up, and the information provided must be accurate.

Which features does TWno1 offer now?

Generation features are opening one at a time; open features appear on the home page and in the site menu. Features that are not open are not listed and are not charged. The opening schedule is announced on Telegram @dc579579.

How are credits calculated?

Credits are charged according to the feature, resolution and duration. The estimated credits show before submission, and they are deducted only when the generation completes.

Are credits deducted when a generation fails?

No. Credits are held when the job is submitted, and all of them are returned to the account if it fails.

Are credits refundable?

No. Credits are treated as sold once purchased, whether or not they have been used, and are not refunded, and the seven-day right to cancel does not apply. The top-up page requires the buyer to tick a consent box before each purchase payment. Two cases are not refunds and are handled as usual: credits held for a failed generation are returned in full automatically, and billing errors are corrected if reported within 30 days of the event. The full rules are in Section 7 of the Terms of service.

Can real people's photos or likenesses be used for creation?

No. Real people (including celebrities and private individuals) may not be used for sexual or nude content through photos, names, portraits or voices, and face swaps are not accepted.

Can adult-oriented content be made?

TWno1 is for adults only, and the subjects are original fictional characters who are adults; the content policy applies. Any sexual or nude content involving minors is prohibited. Each model provider has its own content rules, which are explained on the page of the matching feature.

Who owns the works that are generated?

Under the Terms of service, the user keeps the rights to the material entered and uploaded, and generated works are used by the user within the limits of the law.

Are the works public?

No. Works are visible only to the account that created them by default.

How can customer support be reached?

A message to Telegram @dc579579 usually gets a faster reply. Billing, account or charge problems are handled at cs@twno1.ai, which keeps a written record.
