Information to prepare before writing
- The email address used to register (never include a password).
- The time the problem happened, and the work or order number if there is one.
- A screenshot or the error message.
Reporting content that breaks the rules
Content that involves minors, real people or anything else that breaks the Content policy is handled at cs@twno1.ai when reported. The subject line is “Report”, and the message contains the link or work number. Reports involving minors or real people are handled first.
